Delivery & Orders
When will I receive my order?
- Orders are shipped from our warehouse within 24 to 72 hours.
- Shipping takes between 8 to 15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), depending on the destination country.
- During high-demand periods or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., health crises), delivery times may be extended slightly.
- Our estimated delivery times are for guidance only and do not constitute a firm commitment.
My order is not complete. What should I do?
- We work with multiple suppliers and storage locations, so your order may arrive in separate packages.
- If you have not received your order within 30 business days, we will provide a full refund, and you may keep the item when it arrives.
- Contact us at hello@pureglim.com to report any missing items.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
- Orders are processed quickly, usually within 12 hours.
- If you need to cancel or modify your order, you must email us at hello@pureglim.com within 12 hours of placing the order.
- After this period, the order will have already been shipped, and modifications or cancellations will no longer be possible.
What if I receive a broken or defective item?
We ensure quality shipping, but in rare cases, packages may arrive damaged. If you receive a defective item:

- Your order number
- A description of the issue (wrong item, defective, etc.)
- A picture or video as proof
- You do not need to return the product.
- We will issue a full refund in the form of a voucher. If you prefer another refund method, please let us know.
