30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it.
  • Must include original tags and packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process, contact us at hello@pureglim.com.

If your return is approved, we will:

  • Provide you with a return shipping label.
  • Send detailed instructions on where and how to send your package.

Important: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refund Processing Time

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days.
  • Some financial institutions may take longer to reflect the refund in your bank account.

Defective or Damaged Products

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@pureglim.com so we can evaluate the issue and provide a solution.

When reaching out, please include:

  • Clear pictures of the defect or damage.
  • A close-up of the specific defective area.
  • Proof of order delivery.

Customer Remorse Returns

If you wish to cancel or return an order due to change of mind, please note:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • No restocking fees will be applied.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If you entered the wrong address at checkout, please inform us immediately.

Note: Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address. We are unable to offer refunds for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please email hello@pureglim.com with:

  • The name and SKU number of the item you currently have.
  • The name and SKU number of the item you’d like to exchange it for.

We’ll guide you through the exchange process accordingly.
